Home visits

Home visits can be provided for patients who are housebound and live within our catchment area. Please contact the surgery to arrange a home visit. If the patient lives outside our catchment area then home visits can not be provided as they live too far away. In the patient’s best interest, we strongly advise that they re-register to a practice local to them.
