Dr Raghavan's surgery provide suitable access for disabled patients. Automatic front door access for wheelchair usage. Disabled toilets in the waiting room. The practice is a member of MyHealthcare which is a new primary care service delivered to improve access to general practice services. The service is available up to 12 hours a day Monday to Friday and weekends (times vary). The service provides additional GP, Nurse and Healthcare Assistant appointments delivered from hub sites. Patients will still be registered with their usual practice and their first point of contact will be unchanged but the practice staff will be able to offer a greater choice of appointments either at the practice or at one of the hub sites at times and locations that are convenient for you.
